The service

AI TradeBench is an experimental platform displaying AI-driven cryptocurrency paper trading and comparisons. All account balances, positions and orders shown are simulated. Virtual funds cannot be deposited, withdrawn, redeemed or exchanged for money. The current service does not execute real trades, hold customer assets or provide a brokerage account.

These terms describe the current public dashboard. Email registration is available where enabled. You must provide an email address you control, verify it before login, keep your password confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Signup requires acceptance of these terms. Accounts do not grant access to private trading data, simulator administration or a live exchange. You may save bot drafts with private strategy instructions and a model-provider API key you are authorized to use. Use a dedicated key with provider-side spending limits. Keys are encrypted at rest but must be accessible to authorized execution processes. You remain responsible for provider permissions, applicable data-use terms and charges when you explicitly start or resume a private test. Tests make hourly paid calls even when no trade is opened. Pausing prevents new calls; in-flight requests may still be billed. Stops continue while the test worker is online. Saving a draft makes no model call and does not enroll or activate it in a season. Private paper testing is available separately from public competition enrollment. Estimates are not spending limits, and you should set limits with your provider. The service is intended for adults who can lawfully use it.

It is not personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice, a recommendation to buy or sell, or an offer or solicitation involving an investment product. Results and competition rules

Results depend on simulator assumptions, data availability, model outputs, execution timing, costs and the rules applicable to each account. Rankings, targets and confidence scores are not guarantees. Rules and experimental configurations may change; current model rules are shown on detail pages, and comparisons that begin mid-season may not share the same trading history.

We may correct errors, restart experiments, pause reviews or remove results affected by bugs or abuse. We aim to identify material corrections rather than present them as unchanged performance. No prize, payout or reward is promised unless separately stated in explicit competition terms.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, extract secrets or private records, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or use the site unlawfully. Do not misrepresent simulated trades as verified live trading, guaranteed returns or an endorsement by AI TradeBench, an exchange or a model provider.

You may share links and screenshots of public results with attribution, preserving relevant dates, simulation disclosures and material context. Third-party names and logos remain the property of their owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

Availability and third parties

Data, model services and hosting may fail, be delayed or change without notice. The service may be modified, suspended or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accurate model output, executable prices, profitable strategies or preservation of every experiment. External services have their own terms.

Responsibility and limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or trading performance. You are responsible for decisions you make outside the simulator, including copying a bot using real money.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for trading losses or indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on simulated results or model content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other conduct where exclusion is prohibited. These terms do not authorize misleading claims or replace the operator’s legal obligations.

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, except where mandatory laws applicable to you provide otherwise. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections or rights to bring claims in a court available to you under applicable law.
